The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) awards program honors the industry’s top remodeling projects. Winning an award is a great opportunity to highlight your company and the work you do. And now there's even more options for remodelers.

The new NAHB Remodeling Awards have been introduced to recognize the top craftmanship and innovation in remodeling projects. Remodeling companies of all sizes are invited to apply. (Shown here is the 2020 Home for Life winner for Whole House/Multi-Room Remodel.)

“The new categories open up a broader range of opportunity for remodelers to receive acknowledgement for the work they’ve done,” says Steve Cunningham, president of Cunningham Contracting in Williamsburg, Vir., and also the 2021 NAHB Remodelers Chair. “At the end of the day, winning a national award is an amazing selling tool for you and your business.”

Award applications can be submitted in one of 10 categories:

Home Kitchen Remodel
Home Kitchen Remodel – Aging in Place
Home Bath Remodel
Home Bath Remodel - Aging in Place
Home Addition
Entire Home Renovation
Entire Home Renovation - Aging in Place
Residential Accessory Dwelling Unit
Outdoor Living Space
Creative Use of Living Space

The NAHB Remodeling Awards are your opportunity to share your best work, accomplishments and individual achievements and get the recognition you deserve.

Visit NAHB.org/awards to find out about judging criteria and to apply. Applications will be accepted until October 18.
