The company has also broadened its marketing. “We used to think that promoting our quality was just about the clients,” Matthew says. “But now we see that we’re getting that message out to potential employees as well.” This might mean paying to boost an informal Facebook post about a job opening. Also, when the company does something special, such as a recent ski trip, the HR department makes sure to get photos up on social media.
