Josh’s leadership in marketing is the fuel behind the company’s growth from $250,000 in 2008 to more than $850,000 in 2014. He recognizes the importance of marketing and customer service to a company’s success and growth.
With a calm but commanding style, he modernized the 26-year-old company by bringing in current marketing techniques. He oversaw a redesign of Marks Building’s website, making it easier to navigate and adding new features, including videos that artfully juxtapose “before” and “after” project images from the same angles to show clients just what a big difference a great remodel can make.
Josh also updated the company’s social media efforts, created new direct-mail pieces, made enhancements to the estimating software, and instituted company shirts, which every employee now wears.
