She was then promoted to design consultant, where she serves as a model of success for others in the company. One achievement that makes her especially proud is gaining the CMKBD designation at just 36 years old. She has made it a priority to pass her knowledge on to others who may just be starting out in the industry. Her goal is to give back some of the mentoring that she received early in her career. Janel consistently ranks among the top companywide in both sales performance and in winning design awards.
