The United States is almost exactly a year out from the first shutdowns due to the pandemic. In this episode of Remodeling Mastery, host Mark Richardson explores “What’s Changed and What’s Next?” In the remodeling industry, which is also the theme of the upcoming Extreme Sales Summit.
“A majority of remodeling businesses not only survived, but in many cases had a very strong 2020 which would have never, never been predicted,” Richardson says.
Richardson notes that consumer demand has bolstered the industry, and he predicts that will continue as homeowners who have remained employed have often saved money during the pandemic. Additionally, interest rates and the stock market have done well, and the exodus from the cities to the suburbs also supports remodeling.
In this episode, he breaks down the changes and future outlooks for consumers, projects, and business practices. Listen to learn more.
