Remodeling Mastery with Mark Richardson

In this episode of Remodeling Mastery, host Mark Richardson explores how a post-pandemic country will impact the remodeling industry. He's joined by Kermit Baker, chief economist at the American Institute of Architects, who shares his insights.

"Habits are hard to form and hard to break," Baker says. "We've all had a habit of using our home differently." The economist says that some of the habits will stick, such as prepping their home in case another pandemic hits, but not everything will have long-lasting sticking power.

Listen to the podcast to hear the duo discuss the post-pandemic, acceleration of trends, the economy, multigenerational living, and more.
