Pro Remodeler’s peer-to-peer learning experience, Remodeling Mastery Forums, continues to build upon its impact this year through additional groups.

Introduced last fall, Remodeling Mastery Forums (RMF) brings groups of non-competing remodelers together virtually once a month for high-level, moderated discussions. RMF runs in four-month cycles with each meeting focusing on a specific area of business: leadership, marketing, sales, and production.

Collaboration is key, so RMF welcomes two company representatives for each meeting, allowing remodelers to send a marketing team member for inspiration or a production manager for insights.

Since its introduction, RMF has welcomed more than 100 forward-focused remodelers.

"I continue to be excited about this initiative," says Erika Mosse, director of content for Pro Remodeler. "Remodeling Mastery Forums is growing quickly as more and more industry members join."

Are you a hungry, innovative business leader? Apply to join RMF today.

RMF is conducted in collaboration with Mark Richardson and the National Association of Home Builders.
