Of all the themes and ideas industry advisor Mark Richardson has noticed through his career, one that sticks out most is the importance of not conducting business alone.
Listening to other insights and elements will only benefit your company, he notes. The best way to do so is through nurturing relationships with peers.
“If you can make a commitment to really start listening to others, you’re going to find that path, that journey you’re going on, to be so much easier, so much more productive, and in turn, so much more profitable as well,” says Richardson.
And between 10 different remodeling companies, there will be nine different ways to do one thing. Committing to learning more approaches will only better your path, Richardson adds. And that includes your team members and trade partners.
