If a business isn’t changing, it will one day become irrelevant. It’s one saying that has stuck with industry advisor and Remodeling Mastery host Mark Richardson.

In this episode of Remodeling Mastery, Richardson unpacks the power of the pivot and three elements to encourage a pivoting mindset.

Pivoting, in the big picture, can be equated to driving and making a slight pivot to avoid an accident. Or an offensive quarterback may pivot to one direction to gain additional yards.

“Pivoting is more about adjusting maybe one to three degrees,” says Richardson. “It's not fundamentally changing who you are, what you're about, what's your product and services, but it's changing enough that it can be the difference between success and failure.”
