Having a six to 12 month backlog once felt ideal and comfortable, but now that remodelers are there, it's more disruptive. One way to find clarity during intense times? Carving time with yourself to check in, says industry expert Mark Richardson.
In Richardson's latest Remodeling Mastery podcast, he outlines 10 simple yet key questions to guide your check-in time and ensure you are aligned with your business vision.
"If you jot down each [question], and then just take a little bit of time, whether it's with a cup of coffee, beer, glass of wine, and just reflect on the answers, you're going to find the insights you need to know if you're headed out to the mountains rather than the seashore in terms of the vision of things," says Richardson.
