On Attracting Millennials: While compensation is important, it is not the only form of payment that we see people looking for. In addition to our day-to-day company duties, we run a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates inclusive playgrounds for children in our area. That culture of service and community is something that attracts people. Sense of community, a culture that they can agree with and be a part of and the vision of doing something greater than one’s self are all key.
