CoConstruct helps with leads, proposals, budgeting, selections and specs, client and subcontractor communication, change orders, job logs, and punch lists.
My favorite feature is the email system. With so many emails going back and forth, we found that a lot of clients and subs would lose track. People would miss email messages. With CoConstruct, there’s a place where everybody sees every email every time.
CoConstruct’s training and help system are really good. They get back to us immediately if we have a question and will send a video showing exactly what we need to do. Of course, we can always call. We pay a monthly fee for the software based on the number of clients we have using it.
When we add in clients, we can give them different levels of access to discussions. CoConstruct has a training video, and we also send clients a printed overview on how to use the system. They get their own sign-on info and there’s a phone app, too. We pay extra to have every digital page branded, so it looks as if it’s our own program.
Our clients love using it, too. In fact, one even posted about it on Houzz recently.
