CDC Adds New COVID-19 Symptoms to Its List [1]

The CDC says to seek medical help immediately if you are experiencing trouble breathing; persistent pain or pressure in the chest; new confusion or inability to arouse; or bluish lips or face.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recently added six new symptoms [2] to its existing list of symptoms for SARS-CoV-2, otherwise known as COVID_19, otherwise known as the coronavirus.
The existing listed symptoms, which are now widely known, were cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, and fever. The symptoms added are as follows:
- Fever
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
