Ply Gem, has partnered with Marsh Building Products to bring the nation’s first Ply Gem Designed Exterior Showroom to Cincinnati area builders, remodelers, architects and homeowners. Opening to the public on June 16, the Designed Exterior Showroom offers home exterior design ideas, product solutions and tools to simplify the decision-making process. The showroom is located at Marsh Building Products, 715 E. Kemper Avenue, Loveland, Ohio.
The Designed Exterior by Ply Gem is a complete exterior solution, offering nearly every product needed to finish the home, including windows, siding, stone veneer, railing, trim, accents and more – all from a single manufacturer. The new showroom brings the Designed Exterior concept to life, helping builders, remodelers, contractors and homeowners generate ideas, find inspiration and make informed exterior design decisions.
“With this new showroom, our vision is to make exterior home design more accessible and fun; we want to help customers visualize all that is possible in achieving a dream home design,” said Jerry Blais, senior vice president, marketing, Ply Gem siding group. "We’re also making it easy to open up the lines of communication between the professional and homeowner, providing all the tools and products needed to have an informed discussion on creating a stunning home exterior you can take pride in.”
Interactive displays throughout the showroom help individuals uncover their personal design style, choose color palettes and explore the possibilities of their home’s exterior. Using a touch screen monitor or iPad, customers can view before and after home transformations and learn more about how to coordinate exterior design elements including: siding and window styles, colors, textures, and how the right trim package can take your home from ordinary to extraordinary.
The Designed Exterior Showroom is equipped to move homeowners from inspiration to action. Featured palettes line the walls to show how style preferences and color palettes translate into actual products. Worktables filled with product and color swatches allow customers to visualize color combinations and bring their designs to life. To extend the Designed Exterior Showroom experience past the showroom, customers can visualize their own home virtually and receive color printouts of their home designs and selected products, enabling them to easily work with their builder or contractor to order through Marsh Building Products.

For builders and contractors interested in touring the showroom, Ply Gem and Marsh will host an open house on Tuesday, June 17 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
An architect open house with AIA certification courses will be held Wednesday, June 18 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (AIA courses to be held noon-1 p.m. and 4-5 p.m.).
