Mosby Building Arts Voted a Top Work Place and Best in Business

Two recent honors recognize the St. Louis remodeling firm’s growth in 2014.

For the second year in a row, Mosby Building Arts has been named a Top Workplace in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s annual survey. Mosby was also voted Best in Customer Service in a “Best In Business” poll by St. Louis Small Business Monthly.
The family-owned remodeling company placed in the Top Workplaces Small Business category, and is proud of this designation since it’s the result of a private survey among employees, gauging how they feel about their workplace.
Scott Mosby, company president and CEO, said, “We are on this list again only because our team is happy to contribute to improving our company’s growth and culture. We have projected a 30% growth over last year, and we aimed high because we have a professional team that rises to such goals.”
For the first two quarters of 2014, the company is up 36.7% over last year, and this robust growth has given them the opportunity to hire 18 additional employees, year to date. Mosby is also seeking to expand their facilities to accommodate the growth.
In addition to being a Top Workplace, Mosby was voted Best Customer Service in a recent Small Business Monthly “Best In Business” poll. “Making our clients happy by exceeding expectations is always our top priority,” said Scott. “We’re pleased that the SBM votes verify we’re on the right track.”
