New SBE2000 .5-in. hammer drill features a steel gear housing, as well as an S-automatic Safety Clutch for protection against kickback caused by obstructed bit jams. Tool is outfitted with variable electronic speed control, allowing infinite speed variation from the lowest to maximum speed value. Speed is reduced with increasing load, so that the lower the selected speed the quicker the tool comes to a stop. The tool also comes equipped with a Winding Protection Grid.
