Unit includes two natural convection ovens: a 23,700 BTU gas oven, which produces a moist heat for roasting meats, poultry and fish, plus a 3,500w electric oven that provides a dry heat for baking pastries, cakes, souffles and meringues. Three top configurations include gas and/or electric burners, plaque (a gas burner in the center of a cast iron plate), or a barbecue option. An array of porcelain-enamel colors (including the new aubergine, a lush eggplant tone) as well as six trim choices (satin or polished brass, chrome, stainless, nickel or copper) are available.
