Kohler Receives Best of Houzz 2014 Award for Customer Satisfaction

Annual survey and analysis of 16 million monthly users reveals top-rated building, remodeling and design professionals.

Kohler Co. has been awarded “Best of Houzz” by Houzz, a leading online platform for home remodeling and design. Over the years, Kohler has dazzled customers with design, technological advancements, and craftsmanship followed by best-in-class customer service, ultimately leading to overall client satisfaction. The focus on the end customer is deeply embedded in the Kohler culture and manifested as one of its key corporate competencies.

The Customer Satisfaction award is determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2013. Kohler will receive a “Best of Houzz 2014” badge on its profile, demonstrating to the Houzz community its continued commitment to excellence.
