The GE Profile Harmony clothes-care system's washer communicates electronically to the dryer to preset drying cycles. Once the wash options are selected, the washer delivers load information to the dryer, which automatically determines which settings will produce the best results. Users also can select their own cycles and create custom cycles. The system will be available in June and will be offered in white or dark platinum.
