Best practice: InSite works with 40 to 50 subs, and there’s a wide range of ability when it comes to using technology. In order for the company to implement its new system, Chris needed to get the trades onboard and using it. Some were nearing retirement and had little interest in learning a new way of doing business. Chris knew he had to change that mindset. First, he provided a concrete example of how the technology could help, selecting something simple that subs could immediately incorporate into their companies. Once he had their interest and buy-in, he began the actual training process.
