On Technology: The way consumers want to communicate with us is changing rapidly. The current process works for the older demographic, but the last thing a younger client wants is to answer a call from an unknown number, have someone they never met come to their house, and sit through a long presentation. There is a strong shift toward online systems, but it’s going to be a race to determine who will figure out how to use them the best.
