Best practice: After 17 years in business, Jeannine evaluated the market demand in Alaska for more remodeling work beyond deck- ing and expanded her company to provide full interior remodeling as well. Taking advantage of an extensive clientele database, she aggressively marketed the remodeling services of her business to customers already familiar with Treeline Construction. Under her direction, Treeline’s sister pile-driving company, Rock Solid, is now a leader among industry competitors in Alaska, taking in an annual gross revenue of just over $2 million. In 2014, Jeannine moved both companies to a new location that allowed them to share yard space, making it easier for both businesses to operate together almost seamlessly.
