Internet HOMExperts home maintenance service from INTEGREX offers homeowners the option of having a professional handyman perform a preventive maintenance inspection of their home. A team of pre-screened and bonded technicians conducts the inspection and performs any repairs necessary. Employees, provided by INTEGREX, include professional builders, contractors and other home improvement service professionals.
Homeowners receive a report that details the findings of the inspection and outlines any potential problems. Online records will be kept of both the inspection and any subsequent repairs. Inspections cost between $159 and $299, depending on the size of the home.
"When we looked at the opportunities within or around the home, we saw a growing need among homeowners to reduce the time and money they spend on home maintenance, service and repair," says Mike Radcliff, president of INTEGREX. "We also found that homeowners want assurance that when they hire professional help, the job will be done correctly the first time."
