With Banana Peel composite cables, individual cables are affixed to a center spline, eliminating the need for an outer jacket.

This article first appeared in the PR November 2002 issue of Pro Remodeler.

With Banana Peel composite cables, individual cables are affixed to a center spline, eliminating the need for an outer jacket. The Banana Peel also is smaller than traditional composite cables, improving its bend radius and ease of handling, the company says. The line includes four structured cabling solutions that Belden says are UL-verified to meet Category 5e performance standards.
